Utah State Parks Pass

Pleasant Grove City Library is pleased to announce that three Utah State Parks passes are now available for checkout. Check availability of the Park Passes in the library's catalog. These passes have been made possible by the Utah Department of Natural Resources in conjunction with their Reach Out and Connect Kids In Nature program (Rockin Utah). The goal is to provide opportunities for and encourage children and families to explore the natural world.

Checking out a pass will allow you and up to seven guests in the same private vehicle day-use entrance to all Utah State Parks (excluding This Is The Place Heritage Park and the Davis County Causeway fee at Antelope Island; this pass is accepted at Utah State Parks only and cannot be used at National Parks such as Zion, Bryce, or Arches). For more information and a list of state parks you can visit and discover, click here to go to the Utah State Parks website.

This pass will also give you $2 off camping fees, 7 days a week, excluding holidays and holiday weekends. This discount will be honored through the reservation call center and at state park campgrounds on a first-come, first-served basis (not available on the online reservation system). Discount applies to one campsite per night.

Rules and checkout policies:

  1. Checkout of a pass is limited to 1 week.
  2. No renewals are allowed.
  3. The pass is $10 a day for every day it is overdue.
  4. These passes are available only to Pleasant Grove City Library card holders. NUCLC patrons do not qualify.
  5. If the pass is lost, a $75 fee will be charged for its replacement.
